The Minister of Higher Education announced on 4th September that the National Security (MKN) Council had agreed to allow campuses to reopen in October in stages as part of the National Recovery Plan (PPN). Since then, the Ministry has held a series of engagement sessions with representatives of Public and Private Institutions in order to finalise the Standard Operating Procedures for the reopening of campuses.
